And the keyboard froze so I could neither exit zgv nor switch to another virtual console. I had to hit the reset key to reboot in order to avoid hardware damage. FYI, I've got a Cirrus Logic 5428 video card with the following generic modeline in /etc/vga/libvga.config: modeline "640x480@60" 25.175 640 672 768 800 480 491 493 525 which I believe should not be a problem. I'm running: Debian 2.0 Hamm kernel version 2.0.34 zgv version 2.8-4 I don't know if the problem is with zgv or with svgalibg1. So I'm filing bugs against both. -- Hong Huang
