The texinfo pages in glibc-doc do not contain information on the following
functions (at least): timer_delete(), clock_gettime(), clock_settime(),
clock_getres(), timer_gettime(), timer_settime()

nanosleep()

These functions are documented at www.opengroup.org, but the license terms do
not permit redistribution.
