When the ProgressBar widget's percentage is set within the range
(about) 0.00685 > x < 0.01369863 with update(x), the bar shows over
100%. Apparently it thinks they are negative percentages or something
like that. The numbers are tested by hand, so they probably aren't
that accurate.

to make things clear.
This might also affect the package libgtk-perl, but since these two
won't co-exist easily, I'm not willing to try it.

Ok, I couldn't reproduce it because I don't use the thinice theme
engine, there is no problem with the default engine: its a bug in thinice,
bug reassigned.
