Without "chipset NV3" in the configuration file, graphics display but in black and white with funny vertical lines through the picture. When I set "chipset NV3", which is meant to be for nVIDIA RIVA 128, svgalib programs set graphics mode, then segmentation fault. I have seen this with both zgv and the GGI test programs (using libggi-target-svgalib). I have to start X to reset the display to get text back. Hamish -- Hamish Moffatt VK3TYD.
