mp3check things that ID3v2 tags are `junk' at the beginning of the file.
It should have an option to ignore them, just like ID3v1 tags.

hi
I prepared a Debian package of mp3check 0.8.3, it is in
http://tonelli.sns.it/pub/mennucc1/mp3check
I am bit puzzled though... I saw that 0.8.3 adds a lot
of code to deal with ID3V2 ; so I thought that it
would close Debian bug 110530 ; but when I tested it,
it still prints the "junk before first frame header" error
$ mp3check -e 01.mp3
01.mp3:
1214 bytes of junk before first frame header
valid id3 tag trailer v1.1 found
