If I set '-d1024 -D/tmp/x' as flags for in.smtpd in /etc/inetd.conf, then
a part of the debug messages goes to /tmp/x, as mentionend in the man
page. But a good bunch of debug output is inserted into the smtp
conversation, making this conversation fail.
