Bug#58727; Package wmbattery. debian-bugs-dist@lists.debian.orgJoey Hess Subject: Bug#58727: wmbattery not swallowed by fvwm Reply-To: Chris Waters , 58727@bugs.debian.org Resent-From: Chris Waters Resent-To: debian-bugs-dist@lists.debian.org Resent-CC: Joey Hess Resent-Date: Tue, 22 Feb 2000 20:21:59 GMT Resent-Message-ID: Resent-Sender: owner@bugs.debian.org X-Debian-PR-Message: report 58727 X-Debian-PR-Package: wmbattery X-Debian-PR-Keywords: X-Loop: owner@bugs.debian.org Received: via spool by bugs@bugs.debian.org id=B.95125076128229 (code B ref -1); Tue, 22 Feb 2000 20:21:59 GMT To: submit@bugs.debian.org From: Chris Waters Date: 22 Feb 2000 12:15:58 -0800 Message-ID: <861z65xabl.fsf@cp.net> Lines: 15 Package: wmbattery Version: 1.11 Severity: wishlist Unlike almost every other wm* applet (with the notable exception of wmapm), wmbattery does not seem to be swallowable by the fvwm2 buttonbar or wharf. This makes me very sad. (It also makes me wonder about the claims that wmbattery can be docked with afterstep, since I thought it used the same mechanism as fvwm.) I haven't had time to look at the code yet, but examination of any of wmtime, wmitime, wmmail, wmppp, or wmpinboard might yield useful code, since all of those apps happily reside in my buttonbar. -- Chris Waters, xtifr@{debian.org,cp.net,dsp.net} Acknowledgement sent to Chris Waters <cwaters@cp.net>:
