=2Edeb packages should be about to specify "Suggests-Remove:" and
"Recommends-Remove:" toward certain packages, that is, a package should be
able to recommend you don't have a certain package installed.
This would work opposite of "Suggests" and "Recommends", an optional
"Conflicts".
This could be used to allow DFSG-free packages to suggest you remove non-fr=
ee
packages, or to make a task-secure pseudo-package that recommends you remove
all packages with security holes.

*shrug* I've always liked the idea of a Replacement-For style header ...
it's cute metadata for the frontends. It shouldn't be closed, it might
be worth reassigning to policy with some better ideas.
