The list of 'outstanding normal bugs' is now huge (1.5MB, I think).
This takes ages to download via a modem.
It would be nice if the BTS automatically split these lists
into subsections if they exceeded a certain size. I personally
like to wander the buglist looking for bugs I could help fix,
and I don't bother with the top half of the list on the basis
that I want to give the package maintainer a chance to handle
the bug. So all I want is the last part of the list, and a
simple page giving a set of choices:
* most recent NNN bugs
* next most recent
* ...
* oldest bugs
* the whole list (1.5MB)
