((Actually, the --dry-run switch is not confirmed to actually do a dry
run. I have yet to have confirmation that it doesn't make any
modifications. I have double checked the code, but one never knows.))
The --dry-run switch will not report below a directory that is missing --
this I know about and is not a bug.
If there are other problems, please create a directory where it does not
work and tar it up and send it to me. Otherwise explain the exact senario
in detail.
TIA

New bug report received and forwarded.
Your message didn't have a Package: line at the start (in the
pseudo-header following the real mail header), or didn't have a
pseudo-header at all.
This makes it much harder for us to categorise and deal with your
problem report; please ensure that you say which package(s) and
version(s) the problem is with next time. Some time in the future the
problem reports system may start rejecting such messages.
