Severity: minor
File: /usr/bin/gnomecal
You would expect C-k to first kill the contents of a line up to the
newline, or the newline itself if there are no other chars between the
point and the newline, as in emacs, but it doesn't. To kill newlines
it is necessary to use delete key or arrow keys to move over then
backspace.

I noticed this myself with a few applications. So, I think it's a
gtk+ issue. I'm reassigning this bug.
