I'd love to, but the upstream source is in LaTeX and it doesn't convert nicely into HTML 2. The best rendition of this document is this one. (Unless, of course, you want the -dvi packge, which I don't think you'll like) 3. The package is called -ps, but you'll note wmaker recommends 'wmaker-usersguide'.
