That clearly isn't true, since the "News" node covers versions up to 0.37. If this statement is trying to say that the actual function reference was last updated at that time, I think it should specifically say that. Also, maybe you should consider moving the sawfish info pages to sawfish-lisp-source, since they document the programming of those Lisp sources but not the normal usage of the window manager.
