However, it compiles on alpha, and even produces sound on my alpha with GUS card. The sound is not quite OK, I think due to alignment problems or so. However, this in itself is not a reason to mark it i386-only. I suggest that any system that accepts ISA cards (alpha, powerpc, m68k?) should be "allowed" to compile this package.
