It would be nice if sawfish would notice that the window will be placed on a different workspace, and switch there if interactive placement is being used. That way, the user place the window appropriately based on what windows are already open on the destination workspace. -- System Information Debian Release: testing/unstable Architecture: i386 Kernel: Linux mizar 2.4.0 #1 Sat Jan 6 09:34:06 EST 2001 i686 Versions of packages sawfish-gnome depends on: ii gdk-imlib1 1.9.8.1-2 Gdk-Imlib is an imaging library fo ii gnome-control-center 1:1.2.2-9 The Gnome Control Center ii libart2 1.2.11-1 The Gnome canvas widget ii libaudiofile0 0.1.9-0.1 The Audiofile Library ii libc6 2.2.1-1 GNU C Library: Shared libraries an ii libcapplet0 1:1.2.2-9 Library for Gnome Control Center a ii libdb2 2:2.7.7-2.2 The Berkeley database routines (ru ii libesd0 0.2.22-3 Enlightened Sound Daemon - Shared ii libgdk-pixbuf2 0.9.0-3 The GdkPixBuf library. ii libglib1.2 1.2.8-2 The GLib library of C routines ii libgmp3 3.1.1-1 Multiprecision arithmetic library ii libgnome32 1.2.11-1 The Gnome libraries ii libgnomesupport0 1.2.11-1 The Gnome libraries (Support libra ii libgnomeui32 1.2.11-1 The Gnome libraries (User Interfac ii libgnorba27 1.2.11-1 Gnome CORBA services ii libgtk1.2 1.2.8-3 The GIMP Toolkit set of widgets fo ii libjpeg62 6b-1.2 The Independent JPEG Group's JPEG ii liborbit0 0.5.6-1 Libraries for ORBit - a CORBA ORB ii libpng2 1.0.8-1 PNG library - runtime ii librep9 0.13.4-1 an embeddable Emacs-Lisp-like runt ii libtiff3g 3.5.5-2 Tag Image File Format library ii rep-gtk-gnome 0.15-1 GTK binding for librep with gnome ii xlibs 4.0.2-1 X Window System client libraries ii zlib1g 1:1.1.3-12 compression library - runtime -- - mdz
