When editing a key all user id's are listed with a number refering to
them:
Secret key is available.

It would be intuitive if one could write "sign 1 3" to sign the
first and the last user id. Instead any argument is ignored:
Command> sign 1
Really sign all user IDs?

Note to Bug#37193: There's a DNS resolver timeout but after timeout syslogd
will complete init and run fine. When there's not nameserver available yet,
start syslogd a little bit later.
