Hello 

I would wish that debbugs is more configurable in the following ways:
a) every text that is send as mail is in a seperate file somewhere
   under /etc/debbugs/mails so that translation is easy
b) apropos translation a global variable $gLang would be nice i.e.
   /etc/debbugs/text/de/ack-submit.txt
c) more docs :-)
