I'm trying to write a program that presents a tall, narrow window, and 150 pixels is just too wide. It'd be nice if the definition of MIN_HORIZONTAL_BAR_WIDTH in gtk/gtkprogressbar.c was changed to a smaller value (50-75 pixels would be good). It'd be even nicer if this minimum could be overridden in a derived widget without reimplementing half of the progress bar code, but that's a bit harder to fix. :-) -- System Information Debian Release: woody Architecture: i386 Kernel: Linux donut 2.2.13 #1 Thu Dec 9 20:03:59 EST 1999 i586 Versions of packages libgtk1.2 depends on: pn gconv-modules Not found. ii libc6 2.1.3-7 GNU C Library: Shared libraries an ii libc6 [gconv-modules] 2.1.3-7 GNU C Library: Shared libraries an ii libglib1.2 1.2.7-2 The GLib library of C routines ii xlib6g 3.3.6-5 shared libraries required by X cli Acknowledgement sent to "David Z.
