This holds for all libc version up to 5.4.9. At least the function
__ntp_gettime did not change in these versions. I take it Ulrich will
try to get it into the upstream release.

libc5 is obsolete and no longer maintained upstream for several years.
It's mostly there for old commercial applications and bugs will only be
fixed in the packaging.

However, they should not simply be closed.  Instead they should be
examined to see whether they are present in libc6, and if so they
should be reassigned there.
