During installation, the program *forces* the creation of a user
account. This is a bad idea in network environments, where
passwd/group info comes from NIS and the home directory is mounted via
NFS. The person installing Debian should be given a choice.

BTW: I fully agree! A simple Yes/no with a default value of "yes"
would be enough.
