Regarding the list of pseudo-packages for bug reporting given on
http://www.debian.org/Bugs/db/pseudopackages.html, there should
be a pseudo-package for reporting things that are not documented
and for which it's unclear where they should be documented.

Generally, yes ( :-) ), but...
I think I was thinking that having a (sub)category for general documentation
problems would focus a little more attention on missing documentation (or
rather indicate that filling in any holes is important).
But I guess "general" will do for now.
