Those messages are nothing the sysadmin can do about since they refer to misconfigurations at other sites. Could you either: 1. Set the appropriate configuration options in bind to not generate those messages. 2. log to a file f.e. /var/log/bind.log with appropriate cycling of the logs? I am missing important messages in the standard logs because bind messages are everywhere.
