OK, seems a quite strange problem to me, but I'll look into it.
Fortunately, the "install-fvwmgen-menu" programme from the menu
package can indeed include the text into the config files, so if
that's really what's needed, it should be reasonably easy to do.

Yes, I didn't really write all menuentries possible. But I'll correct
that, should be easy to do.

Hi,
I'm the non-maintainer of fvwm95 who has released the last 4 versions of
the package. I'm going through old bugreports, and closing those that
are fixed already long ago. This is one of those bugs. (please tell me
if you feel the bug still lives in debian release -10, to my best knowledge,
it doesn't).
