Subject: cdwrite uses old directory layout

Package: cdwrite
Version: 2.0-1

s.a. usually debmake reports this bug, but there
doesn't seem one open at the moment.

e.g. /usr/doc/copyright instead of /usr/doc/cdwrite/copyright
no changelog files etc.
