When I'm _already_ viewing a manpage with man2html, it suggests some 
other pages to read and marks them with an hyperlink.
If I clik on an hyperlink, man2html will say that foo.1 doesn't 
exist, but I can refer to foo.1.gz.

Man2html should try a .gz page instead of complaining.
