I have ncftp configured to log in as joeyh when I ftp to master.debian.org.
However, if I want to follow some url like this one:

ftp://master.debian.org/debian/unstable/binary/admin/

Then ncftp tries to log in as joeyh, and this url is only valid for anon
ftp. 

I think that if a ftp:// url is given, ncftp should default to logging in as
anonymous, unless the url includes the login name in it (ie:
ftp://joeyh@master.debian.org/)
